This is my personal journey to help not only myself, but each and every law enforcement officer and firefighter who has worn the badge and spent countless nights without sleep and without their families. I believe this book will also help our military personnel and anyone who has decided to serve this great country. Servitude is where “it’s at” and you either get that statement or you don’t. To those who serve, I love you and look forward to meeting you all in person some day. To those who purposely choose not to have the honor of serving, you truly missed out, you’ll never understand. The good news? It’s never too late to serve in some capacity and strive to enjoy each day and gift of life through serving. A truly self-less act of giving fully to a total stranger or co-worker cannot be fully understood until once undertaken. If you truly want to learn yourself, serve others.

This book is about being unbreakable and never quitting no matter how bad the odds. It also about dropping the ego and taking on full, self-ownership, to take back your life and beat the demons. The demons are the trolls telling you are not good enough, you didn’t train hard enough, or you’re never going to get that dream home or job promotion. The demons are also the ones we encounter on the worst of incidents. These demons are very, very real.
